Chief Optimiser
Jason Pang
Jason is a visionary entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience working with SMEs, MNCs and public listed companies to support them in achieving greater growth and success for their businesses.
With his unique insights, the corporate clients are able to attain greater heights for their businesses and able to scale up profitability. Jason also proactively embraces the dynamic changes in technology to better help the business owners to advance. This allows business owners to stay ahead of the curve by capitalising on the benefits brought by technologies.
In addition to serving corporate clients, Jason has also conducted training on accounting/auditing related topics to external parties and authored a series of informative articles which were published in the IS Chartered Accountant Journal.
He is currently a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and a registered Public Accountant with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Jason is versatile in providing a broad range of high-quality professional services which include accounting, assurance, corporate secretarial, valuation, tax advisory and other value-added services.
With his wealth of experience and expertise, Jason and his professional team will be able to share proven strategies and insights with you to take your business to the next level!
Founding Partner
Eugene Mui
Eugene Mui is one of the founding partners of Accunov Malaysia.
He has more than 7 years of experience in merger and acquisition and valuation of financial interests and intangible assets.
He is also well-versed in performing financial accounting work for many organisations and leads a successful team to provide high quality bookkeeping and accounting services for financial reporting.
In particular, Eugene has completed and assisted on major transactions in Singapore and Malaysia for reputable clients such as Yokohama Industries Berhad, Dynam Japan Holdings, Lionhub Group Limited and others.
He is also involved in expert valuation areas such as impairment assessment, share options and business valuation. Prior to this involvement in professional valuation, Eugene has over 6 years’ experience as an external auditor.
He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy degree from Deakin University in Australia.
